Job Description

We’re seeking a highly creative and organized Design Program Manager with a strong background in Illustrator and visual arts to support our fast-paced environment and tactical initiatives. This hybrid role blends hands-on design work with program management, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both creative and operational spaces.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (non-negotiable)
Background in art, design, or illustration with a passion for visual storytelling
Ability to lead creative ideation and translate concepts into production-ready assets; and work with vendors to execute these ideas for production
Solid organizational skills and comfort with program management tools
Fast-paced mindset with a knack for juggling multiple projects

Visual Design & Production
Create and set up vinyl graphics and wall installations using Adobe Illustrator
Develop collages and t-shirt concepts from initial idea to final design
Collaborate with event teams to produce visual assets for activations
Support tactical plans with visual content for internal stakeholders
Program & Project Management
Join meetings, take detailed notes, and maintain organized documentation
Track timelines and deliverables using Excel and MS Office tools
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
Adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
