Salary Range: $70-$100k
An Engineering Professional Services company is seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO — someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, anticipates needs, and helps keep the company running with precision. The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a critical role in optimizing the CEO’s time, communication, and priorities. This position requires impeccable discretion, sound judgment, and exceptional organizational skills. They will serve as the CEO’s operational right hand — managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring key business initiatives move forward efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive or business owner.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and act with discretion.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable with a strong sense of professionalism.
• Detail-oriented and resourceful, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
• Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, and project management tools.
• Able to anticipate needs and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in engineering, construction, or professional services preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience as a Junior Executive Assistant
• QuickBooks experience
