Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Trade Support Analyst to join a top financial client. They will be responsible for helping to control the financial risks inherent in securities trading by functioning as liaison between equity securities traders, brokers and custodian banks to ensure all parties are in agreement on trade and settlement details. This resource will determine the cause of mis-matched trades and work with the appropriate parties to bring the trade details into agreement. This will also involve identifying, researching and resolving failed trades
Another key responsibility of this position will require strong project management and excel skills (e.g., vlookups, managing large data sets) to help track existing Trade Support workflows. Beyond tracking, the individual is expected to think strategically and drive transformation by identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and implementing streamlined processes. This position can be fully remote and compensation ranges between $30-35/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• BS/BA degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in investment operations
• Experience confirming trades with brokers
• Experience Monitoring systems for exceptions, resolving trade issues/failures and Matching FX Trades
• Experience working with oversite models (trade date matching, trade settlements) and CTM (Trade Matching Platform)
• Strong project management and Excel skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines
• Familiar with Trade Lifecycle
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills to manage competing demands efficiently

- Experience with Tradenexus (formally known as GTSS)
