Job Description
We are seeking a highly engaged and detail-oriented Staff Accountant with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, learning-rich environment and is passionate about real estate and mortgage investment operations
Salary Range: 85k-100k + 1-25% bonus range

Required Skills & Experience
•3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in mortgage, real estate, or investment fund environments.
•Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables).
•Experience with general ledger systems such as Business Central, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
•Perform day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
•Experience in investment fund accounting (mutual funds, private equity, etc.) or whole loan accounts/mortgages
•Ability to learn complex fund structures and adapt to proprietary systems.
•Experience dealing with large transaction environment (journal entries up to 1000 lines)
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a similar field
•Strong analytical thinking and a proactive, engaged mindset.
