Job Description
A construction and engineering firm is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to lead the design and customization of survey modules within the ServiceNow platform. This role is instrumental in driving operational insights and enhancing employee engagement. Key responsibilities include the following:
• Build and configure workflows to route survey responses and trigger appropriate actions.
• Analyze survey-generated dashboards to uncover trends, performance metrics, and operational issues.
• Develop and deploy QR-enabled request forms to simplify survey access for field teams.
• Partner with ServiceNow’s Customer Success Team to explore advanced features in survey health and group management.
• Deliver a seamless handoff to the internal team through documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
**This role is 100% remote, must be comfortable working 7-4PM PST**

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing and customizing modules within the ServiceNow platform.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including scripting (JavaScript), workflows, and UI components.
Proven experience with Flow Designer for building automated workflows.
Familiarity with Integration Hub for connecting ServiceNow to external systems and services.
Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
