Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Creative Operations Manager for a prominent athleisure company. This role is a hybrid 2-days a week onsite. oversees studio projects from brief to delivery, driving team processes and fostering a culture of excellence aligned with creative team values.

Key responsibilities include managing projects per the Creative Studio Operating Model, coordinating daily tasks and stakeholder feedback, delivering Tier 1–3 assets, ensuring creative output aligns with briefs and budgets, and managing external creative partners. The role also serves as an information hub, supports resource planning and reporting, updates project management tools, and oversees asset management and trafficking.

Required Skills & Experience

3 to 5 years of direct experience working in an agency or creative team in retail

Experience working with external creative and production partners

Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks - project management and meeting deadlines

Previous experience with campaigns and doing higher level campaigns for a retail company.
