Insight Global is looking for a Clinical Licensed Social Worker for a non-profit organization in SF, CA. Our client partners with Community Health Workers (CHWs), and Doulas to support Medi-Cal members who are unhoused, pregnant, or facing complex health and social barriers. We are looking for someone that can assist in maintaining continuity of care for their clients and compliance with Medi-Cal and DHCS requirements. This is an incredible opportunity for a licensed clinician to step in, make an immediate impact, and provide both supervision and client care.
Part-time: 20-25/HRs a week (opportunity for more hours later on)
Paying between 45-55/HR (with opportunity to make more through billing and reimbursements)
Remote: Ideally in NorCal, but open to SoCal candidates if they have experience in this type of space

Required Skills & Experience
- Licensed clinician (LCSW, PsyD) in California
- Screen and assess clients SDoH diagnosis and provide service recommendations
- Review and sign care plans
- Support compliance, quality assurance, and audit readiness
- Attend case conferences for transitional services and care planning
- Collaborate with a dynamic and deeply community-rooted team
