Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and technically adept professional to join our team as a Sales Enablement Insights Analyst focused on AI tooling for Sales Enablement. This role will be instrumental in developing AI-driven solutions—primarily leveraging NotebookLM—to synthesize insights from customer feedback, product data, and first-party user behavior. The goal is to generate actionable content that empowers our Growth, Business Development, and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows to extract and synthesize insights from diverse data sources.
• Develop sales enablement content such as:
o RFP responses, Win–Loss analyses, Competitive battle cards, Customer-facing messaging frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data sources and business needs.
• Apply generative AI tools (e.g., NotebookLM, LLMs) to automate and enhance content creation processes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve AI models and tools to ensure relevance and accuracy of outputs.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience applying AI tools in sales enablement or related business functions.
• Familiarity with use cases such as RFP development, Win–Loss Analysis, and Battle Card creation.
• Strong understanding of customer journey data, product usage analytics, and sales workflows.
• Experience with generative AI platforms (e.g., NotebookLM, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Preferred Skills:
• Background in sales operations, product marketing, or business intelligence.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model fine-tuning.
PR: $85-100/hr
