Job Description
A client is seeking a Contracts/Data Analyst to work 100% (ideally 8am - 5pm CST hours). This client is looking to organize/have all of their IT contracts in ContractPodAI by the end of the year. This resource will be responsible for looking at the data in excel spreadsheets and tagging/mapping data appropriately. We are looking for someone who understands SOW's, PO's and vendor language overall. This will be a high volume role and we are looking for an excel subject matter expert who is highly organized and detail oriented. This will be a contract through the end of 2025, potential to extend.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience working with Excel and vendor contracts (both software and labor)
Extensive experience with Excel (data mapping and tagging)
Familiar with vendor jargon including PO's, SOW's, etc.
Experience supporting a high volume of vendors (300+)
High organized and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelors Degree
Experience with ContractPodAI
