Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a highly capable Agile Delivery Manager with a strong background in software development to lead delivery efforts. This role blends the strategic oversight of a Delivery Manager with the team facilitation and Agile expertise of a Scrum Master. You’ll work closely with engineering teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore), product owners, and leadership to ensure successful delivery of software initiatives and maintain momentum across projects. You’ll be stepping into a high-impact role during a critical transition period shaping the future of Lereta’s software initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or Delivery Manager roles.
- 5+ years of experience in software development/engineering, specifically with .Net Framework / .Net Core, RESTful APIs, Legacy application modernization & Azure.
- Experience leading Agile ceremonies, specifically daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives.
- Experience owning delivery timelines, scope, and quality across multiple software projects.
- Experience in mortgage, financial services, or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern development practices.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.)
- Knowledge of AI models, governance & practices
