Job Description
As a Tech Art Producer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of virtual reality
by supporting the development and integration of cutting-edge tools and pipelines. You will
coordinate technical art projects from inception to delivery, working closely with Tech Art Leads,
Engineering's, TPMs, PMS, Art Producers, and cross-functional teams. Your work will directly impact
the efficiency and quality of our content creation processes, enabling artists and engineers to deliver
immersive experiences at scale.
Description
- Collaborate with Tech Art Leads, TPMs, Art Producers, and engineering teams to define and
manage the scope of technical art initiatives and proprietary tooling projects
- Develop and implement structured processes that streamline technical art workflows and
improve team efficiency.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate production risks, especially in ambiguous or
evolving project environments.
- Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and provide regular updates to
stakeholders.
- Liaise with cross-functional partners to ensure technical dependencies are understood and
met.
- Coordinate with external vendors and outsourcing partners for tool development, integration,
and content delivery as needed.
- Oversee asset and tool pipeline tracking, including versioning and release management for
both internal and external teams.
- Support team culture, operational improvements, and broader Reality Labs Tech Art
initiatives, including organizing team events and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical or creative production roles, ideally within Games, Animation, VFX, or 3D content development.
- Proven experience managing technical workstreams, pipelines, or proprietary tool development in a studio environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced, evolving projects.
- Experience working as a Producer/Program Manager with Tech Art teams or engineering specifically
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) and
spreadsheet-based scheduling.
• Familiarity with asset database programs (e.g., Shotgrid/Shotgun) and version control systems.
