Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master who can immediately take ownership of a high-performing Agile team. This person will be responsible for managing a team of 20 throughout various time zones. They will be supporting sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Assess team resources, ensure backlog and stories are groomed, evaluate work intake capacity, align on front-end and back-end development needs, and incorporate necessary tools into the backlog. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Required Skills & Experience
Senior level experience as a Scrum Master
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies & ceremonies
Ability to manage and run multiple scrum teams onshore and offshore
Experience working on application development
Knowledge of ADO (Azure DevOps) or JIRA for documentation & tracking
Working in CST or EST
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Certified Scrum Master
Bachelor's Degree
