Our client is looking to hire a desktop support technician to help support tickets with internals, computer upgrades, and to help upgrade newest version with their apple phones.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• 3+ years of desktop support experience
• Experience with apple products (installing, updating new apple versions)
• -Basic technical knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting
• -Ability to provision and configure laptops, printers, and peripherals for new hires
• -Comfortable working in a ticketing queue (ServiceNow experience is a plus, but not required)
• -Strong customer service and communication skills -Ability to work independently and stay focused during lab-based tasks
• -Demonstrates empathy and patience when supporting end users
• -Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• -Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment
