Job Description
The organization is seeking a mid-to-senior level IT Documentation Specialist to support its global IT operations. This individual will be responsible for creating, standardizing, and maintaining technical documentation, with a strong emphasis on aligning IT processes across multiple countries. The role requires excellent bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, a solid understanding of IT operations, and demonstrated experience in producing high-quality documentation for both internal and external audiences. This individual must be both English and Spanish speaking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with IT teams across different regions to gather requirements, harmonize processes, and document workflows.
• Develop, write, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) resulting from cross-country IT process analysis.
• Create and maintain a Knowledge Base (KB) for both internal IT staff and end users, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility (Ivanti KB experience a plus).
• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.
• Ensure documentation aligns with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.
• Maintain consistency in style, terminology, and structure across all documentation.
• Create Knowledge Lifecycle Governance.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in technical documentation within IT/technology environments.
• Strong understanding of IT processes, frameworks, and terminology.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• ITIL certification (required).
• Ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with knowledge management tools (e.g., Ivanti KB, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint).
• Experience working in global or multicultural IT environments.
