The ART currently includes 11–12 Agile teams working across domains such as claims, underwriting, billing, and data.

The RTE will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive cross-team coordination, and ensure alignment between business strategy and technical execution. This individual will collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, DevOps, and Architecture teams to promote Agile best practices, support continuous delivery, and foster a culture of transparency and improvement. The initiative includes both legacy system transformation and greenfield development, with a strong emphasis on cloud technologies, API architecture, and scaled Agile delivery.
