Job Description
- Configure and maintain lab software systems (e.g., LIMS, QMS, SDMS, CDS) across development, testing, and production environments
- Create and manage electronic documentation including SOPs, specifications, and training materials
- Provide daily technical support and perform system administration tasks including setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CSV, IT, QC, and QA to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Lead system upgrades, gather user requirements, and develop custom reports, queries, and dashboards
- Monitor audit trails and escalate data integrity concerns as needed

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Science. Minimum (6 – 8) years of experience without degree
- Minimum of (4-7) years of experience in a Life Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Science
- Tactical expertise in laboratory software systems
- Knows all lab software and can problem solve across a wide range of systems
- Good communication with industry experts and regulators
