You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Required Skills & Experience
5–7 years of experience as a Project Manager in design, manufacturing, or engineering
Experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in Engineering Manufacturing Services (EMS)
Experience working with offshore suppliers or teams
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a technical field or equivalent experience (PMP certification strongly preferred over degree)
Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Project (primary tool), Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office 365 Suite
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work with diverse teams across engineering, sales, customer service, logistics, and purchasing
Ability to facilitate and influence across the organization
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP certification preferred; PMI certification a plus
Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, but not required
Additional Notes
The role requires flexibility to accommodate offshore hours (evenings or early mornings)
The team is currently managing a high volume of small projects; workload will be split to ensure manageable assignments
