Job Description
A leading medical device company is seeking a Senior Oracle Program Manager to oversee the daily execution of a global manufacturing integration program, reporting to the ICU Global IT PMO Director. This role involves managing multiple interrelated projects across sites in Mexico, the U.S, and Italy ensuring alignment with the ICU Project Management Framework. On a day-to-day basis, the program manager will define and maintain governance and communication plans, lead cross-functional teams, and manage schedules, resources, and deliverables. They will recruit and coordinate program and project managers, monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure documentation and reporting are up to date. The program manager will also facilitate stakeholder updates, track budgets and cash flow, and ensure quality standards are met across all program activities. Regular responsibilities include reviewing project work, maintaining secure records, briefing executives, and evaluating outcomes through post-mortems to ensure successful integration and readiness for future expansion.
This is a remote position, but candidates must be willing and able to travel to facility sites up to 20% of the time.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of program management experience
Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle MRP systems and manufacturing applications that interface with Oracle
Proven experience managing manufacturing integration projects following acquisitions.
Extensive experience with manufacturing execution systems
Proven ability to engage and communicate efficiently with C-level executives
Experience managing full-life cycle IT Applications development
Experience managing in a waterfall systems development lifecycle methodology
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Fluency in Spanish
PgMP, PMP, Prince2, or equivalent Certification
