Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Support Operations Manager to lead and oversee our CalAIM program—an impactful, grant-funded initiative designed to support housing-insecure populations and individuals in need across our community. This role plays a critical part in ensuring program compliance, operational excellence, and meaningful service delivery.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Oversees and ensures compliance of data analysis, reporting and billing related to Community Support services.
• Managing, supervising, mentoring, and training CalAlM Community Health Workers, Housing Navigators, Registered Dietician.
• Billing & Claims Specialist to meet the requirements of DHCS patient benefit.
• Participates in YMCA leadership team strategic planning and coordinates with other departments including marketing, fund development and member services.
• Expertise in the area of housing services, claims, billing, customer service as well as knowledge of food and nutrition.
• Monitors the work of and coaches’ subordinates to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance of data, reporting and billing related to Community Support Services.
• Conducts performance improvement for the Community Support programs to ensure that all goals and objectives set by the organization are met.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare administration or public health
• Prior experience working with regulatory compliance
• Thorough understanding of Medicaid programs, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and effectively convey complex information to clients and internal stakeholders
- Managed a grant of $300k or more.
- Comfortable meeting with people offsite to promote program and find housing.
- Can work onsite in downtown Sacramento 3-4 days a week
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Healthcare background in either Medi-Cal or Medi-care
