Job Description

We’re seeking an Audio/Visual Support Technician to manage and maintain AV systems for conferencing, digital signage, and workspace booking. Responsibilities include user support, training, and troubleshooting, as well as handling complex AV events and high-profile clients. The role also involves equipment setup, repairs, and select Zoom admin duties.

Required Skills & Experience

-1-2 years providing maintenance to AV systems and services for conferencing, digital signage and workspace booking
-Experience with Zoom

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Ability to work independently without micromanagement
-Prior knowledge of how to install and modify new or existing AV systems
