Job Description

We are seeking a senior-level Xcode Build Engineer to join a DevOps team supporting mobile app development within a leading Medical Device Software Mobile Apps organization. This role is centered on building and maintaining robust CI/CD infrastructure for both iOS and Android applications, with a strong emphasis on Xcode command-line tooling, Jenkins, and Fastlane.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience automating iOS build and distribution processes, including provisioning and managing developer profiles via the macOS command line. You’ll partner closely with mobile development teams to support apps already live in the App Store while also enabling new app development from the ground up—driving products through commercialization and into production.

This position requires deep expertise in Git-based source control (Bitbucket preferred), scripting in Swift/Python/Bash, and managing CI/CD pipelines in a regulated environment. While Android/Gradle knowledge is a plus, the primary focus is on iOS infrastructure. Candidates should be true engineers—not interface builders—with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for solving complex problems in mobile DevOps.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven expertise building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Fastlane, and Bitbucket
- Strong macOS command-line experience, including managing security keychains, provisioning profiles, and distribution certificates
- Deep knowledge of Xcode build automation and iOS app distribution workflows
- Proficiency in scripting (Swift, Python, Bash) for automating build and release processes
- Solid understanding of Git repository management, branching strategies, and artifact handling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with mobile development teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with Android build systems (Gradle) and supporting Android CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Atlassian CI tools (e.g., Bamboo)
- Exposure to code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube) integrated into Swift pipelines
- Background in medical device software or other regulated environments
- System administration experience in Linux/macOS environments

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
