Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager with strong Qualtrics programming expertise to lead the design, implementation, and governance of our enterprise-wide listening programs. In this role, you’ll combine program management excellence with technical hands-on skills in Qualtrics to ensure our customer and employee experience initiatives are delivered at scale, on time, and with measurable impact. You’ll oversee planning, stakeholder alignment, and program governance while also programming advanced surveys, automations, and dashboards in Qualtrics.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of program leadership and technical execution.
This role can pay between $58-60/hour depending on years of experience and skillset.

Required Skills & Experience
-3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Qualtrics CoreXM (survey logic, workflows, dashboards, distributions).
-Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for survey customization.
-Proficiency with Qualtrics APIs, Webhooks, and automation tools.
-Demonstrated program management experience: leading multi-stakeholder initiatives, driving alignment, and ensuring on-time delivery.
-Strong understanding of customer and employee experience use cases.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience integrating Qualtrics with CRMs (Salesforce), ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow), or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
-Familiarity with data integration platforms (MuleSoft, Zapier, AWS Lambda) and relational databases.
-Experience with SQL, dbt, or Snowflake a plus.
-Qualtrics certifications (Platform Essentials, API, or Advanced Survey Design).
PMP, Agile, or equivalent program/project management certification.
