Job Description
The Office Administrator will support a corporate office as the primary administrative point of contact. This person should have experience supporting a similar corporate environment.
- Supplies and inventory management, for example ordering supplies and snacks and organizing them in the office appropriately
- Facilities support, for example calling a plumber or repairman as needed
- Corporate event support - i.e. planning office happy hours
- Preparing the office, catering, conference rooms etc. for events
- Any other ad hoc administrative support duties that arise
This will be a permanent, full-time position and only candidates who can commit to long-term employment will be considered. Annual compensation will vary based upon individuals’ relevant experience across a range of $65-$75K plus benefits that could include health, dental, vision, and 401K.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ Years of Experience in an administrative function in similar corporate environments
- Vendor/Facilities Management
- Proficiency with Outlook/Google Calendar - Calendar and inbox management
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field is a plus but not required.
- Office security systems – i.e. Badging access
- Proficiency: Google Suite/Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Rippling Spend, Slack, MS Teams, etc.
