About the Role
This client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Management Officer (PMO) to lead and coordinate the Business to Business Payment Rails program within our Invoicing Product team. The project is a payment strategy project that is a dedicated B2B payment rail enabling low-cost, instant, 24/7 domestic and cross-border payments. Capture high-value off-platform transactions with automated reconciliation.

This is a strategic role focusing on cross-functional execution, with direct accountability for ensuring timelines, transparency, and delivery integrity across global teams. This is not a commercial or sales-focused role. It is purely centered on program and delivery management, enabling streamlined, efficient, and aligned execution across teams contributing to the workstream.

Key Responsibilities
• Program Oversight & Timeline Management
o Own and manage the overall project plan, driving adherence to timelines and milestones across multiple workstreams.
o Facilitate regular status updates and checkpoint meetings to ensure delivery teams are aligned and progressing.
• Risk & Issue Tracking
o Establish and maintain a robust framework for identifying, documenting, escalating, and resolving program-level risks and issues.
o Monitor key risk indicators and ensure mitigation plans are in place and executed.
• Dependency Management
o Identify and manage critical interdependencies across internal teams, systems, and geographies.
o Drive alignment across stakeholders to de-risk cross-functional deliverables.
• Reporting & Communication
o Produce and distribute concise, executive-ready project updates and dashboards.
o Act as the primary point of contact for project status, ensuring stakeholders at all levels are informed and engaged.
• Cross-Location Coordination
o Coordinate activities across multi-location teams including engineering, product, risk, compliance, and operations.
o Adapt project governance to suit various time zones and team structures.
• Governance & Documentation
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of meeting notes, action items, decision logs, and program artefacts.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
