Job Description
We are looking for a Tech Writer to work for a leader in the utility industry. In this project you will be writing procedures and documents focused in financial controls. In this scope you will produce procedures and write job aids to ensure governance standards are met. These audits are internal and external while also leading the team in this effort. The current environment is full of procedures, website, job aids and a website which present well to team. We need to ensure all information is up to date and meets the policy and procedure expectations. You will be working very closely to the project controls / data analytics team and ensuring the tools established are built upon in the right way through writing and controls. We need this individual to be attentive to detail, willingness to hit ground running and be a go-getter.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Technical Writing experience (understand how to write from scratch and ensure policies / procedures are met)
- Experience updating and writing new policies and procedures for enterprise organization (governance)
- Prior experience supporting a financial controls organization with technical writing
- Experience building decks and materials to highlight any updates across the program
- Confidence to present to leadership when needed
- Excellent oral and written communication
