Job Description

As a Process Technician on the Business Excellence team, you’ll be embedded on the manufacturing floor, driving process improvement pilots across six core subsystems. Your day begins with performance management meetings, where you’ll help escalate issues and guide decisions during stand-ups that dive deeper into each subsystem’s challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with tech leads, supervisors, and stakeholders to identify bottlenecks (i.e - delays in output or part dependencies, etc.) and implement solutions that improve stability and efficiency. Your role will be critical in proving concepts that could scale across the organization. You’ll leverage digital tools and visualization platforms like Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps to support daily operations, while maintaining a strong presence on the floor to ensure alignment with business goals. Emotional intelligence, agility, and an end-to-end mindset will be key as you navigate a dynamic environment and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
