Identify and pursue new business opportunities across local and regional markets.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized service solutions.
Oversee financial performance of accounts, including forecasting and sales targets.
Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals.
Conduct strategic reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover growth opportunities.
This position pays up to $190,000 annually.

Required Skills & Experience
8–12 years of experience in B2B service sales (real estate, facilities management, consulting, or outsourcing).
Proven success in selling services, not products — with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
Strong background in client engagement, strategic account management, and relationship building.
Experience managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting for client accounts.
Leadership experience in coaching, mentoring, and team development.
Real Estate license required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
