Overview:
Insight Gobal's client, a primary care provider, is seeking to hire a Financial Analyst 4 to join their clinic team. This is a full-time, hybrid position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for:
Conducting budget analysis and reviewing monthly financial results
Comparing current performance against budget forecasts
Managing staffing budgets and analyzing non-labor costs
Supporting various ad hoc financial analysis projects
A key area of focus will be collaboration with the Emergency Room (ER) department. The analyst will work under the Chief Operations Officer and partner closely with the ER Director to gather data and develop financial proposals for leadership review.
Additionally, the role includes routine transactional responsibilities such as processing service contract requests and handling administrative financial tasks.

- 3+ years of experience working in a healthcare accounting or finance environment or Military withing a medical branch of the armed services (Construction background does not apply to this role)
- Hospital or health system financial environment experience
- Experience with financial operations, management, planning
- Experience with budget planning and reporting
- Bachelors Degree in accounting or finance
