Job Description
A law firm in Irvine, CA is seeking a Payroll and Accounting Assistant to support both payroll functions and the broader accounting team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. This is a permanent role with a hybrid schedule—on-site four days a week and remote on Fridays.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1–3 years of billing experience
• Experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Prior experience in accounting/payroll at a law firm with 200+ employees
• Proficiency in Excel for running reports
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Aderant
