Pay Range: $115,000-$165,000
Under little to no supervision, work with the SCADA Engineering team and project managers. Responsible for integrating real-time Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) and computer systems at electric power generation plants, including utility-scale solar power, wind power, and battery storage. Typical devices include RTUs, PLCs, SCADA systems, Plant Control Systems, electric power meters, and meteorological (MET) data loggers.
Understand CAISO requirements for Remote Intelligence Gateways (RIG) units.
Configure, implement, and commission RIG units.
Lead design and implementation of complex SCADA systems.
Coordinate large project teams and manage project timelines and budgets.
Conduct high-level troubleshooting and system diagnostics.
Develop and standardize SCADA protocols and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments for system integration and enhancements.

5-10 years of experience with SCADA systems (commissioning, systems integration)
Power generation or renewable energy experience
Expertise in advanced SCADA software and technologies (Wonderware, Ignition)
Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field
