Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Ship Repair Operations Manager located in San Diego, California. This candidate will be responsible for assigning personnel across various projects, ensuring that each team is properly staffed and aligned with project requirements. They will review scopes of work, technical drawings, and project documentation to confirm a clear understanding of deliverables. This candidate will have at least 8 years of project management, program management, or operations management experience within the ship repair industry. The working hours vary between 45-55 hours a week, starting at 6 am Monday-Friday. The salary is flexible but ranges between $125,000 - $135,000

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 8 years of ship repair project management, program management, or operations management experience.
Experience in maintaining detailed project schedules, monitoring job progress, and going on-site to perform inspections.
Extremely knowledgeable of naval radar, communications, navigation, and combat systems interconnectivity.
Proven track record of exceptional leadership through successfully executing on deliverables and achieving customer milestones.
Has a secret clearance or the ability to be sponsored for one.

Bachelor's degree in engineering
