Job Description
An employer is looking for a TS/SCI Space Systems Engineer/ Risk Manager to support a large ground systems integration program supporting the USSF. The Systems Engineer/ Risk Manager will be involved in various segments of the systems engineering lifecycle (requirements definition, design, development, integration, testing, verification, validation, and operations) along with System of Systems concepts, architectures, and challenges. They will develop and maintain system architectures, requirements documents, interface control documents (ICDs), and other technical documentation. They will also develop and implement risk management plans and strategies utilizing risk management frameworks like ISO 31000.
Ray range: $60-85 depending on experience

Required Skills & Experience
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM
- 5-7+ years of experience in space systems engineering
- Demonstrated experience in risk management processes (familiarity with frameworks like ISO 31000)
- Experience with developing and maintaining requirements documents, interface control documents (ICDs), and other technical documentation.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Master's degree in Aerospace, Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
- INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience with System of Systems (SoS) engineering principles
- Experience with systems engineering methodologies (e.g., Agile or Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE))
