A Fortune 500 client is seeking a Communications/Content Specialist with a strong background in executive communications and content development. This hands-on role requires a detail-oriented professional who excels in storytelling with a technical lens and can produce high-quality deliverables for senior leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations tailored for C-level and senior leadership audiences.
- Develop engaging newsletters, announcements, and SharePoint content that highlight organizational priorities, milestones, and accomplishments.
- Lead content initiatives with minimal oversight, proactively managing the content strategy and calendar.
- Understand and contextualize the technical aspects of PayPal’s business to shape compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in communications and content development, particularly in executive storytelling and presentation building.
- Expertise in PowerPoint is critical; ability to design and produce polished decks independently.
- Experience with SharePoint is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise communications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

While we are open to remote talent due to the urgency of this role, candidates located in Austin, TX or San Jose, CA are preferred.
