Overview
We are hiring a specialized data analyst to support the growing use of our newly launched internal influencer data tool, which functions as an internal CRM. As more teams begin to adopt this tool, we need a dedicated analyst to build the measurement framework and analytics infrastructure from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first analyst focused on influencer data, building analytics capabilities on top of a brand-new data source.
Develop and maintain Looker dashboards to visualize campaign and influencer performance.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data independently.
Collaborate with data engineers who manage the backend infrastructure; this role will navigate the existing data warehouse but wont be responsible for building infrastructure.
Help define and implement a measurement framework for influencer marketing data.
Prepare the analytics foundation in anticipation of broader team adoption of the tool.
Technical Environment
Data Warehouse: Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
BI Tool: Looker
Languages: SQL (must be proficient)
Preferred Experience
Experience in influencer marketing analytics or social campaign performance measurement.
Familiarity with GCP and navigating cloud-based data environments.
Ability to work independently in a fast-evolving data landscape.
Position Notes
This is a net-new role, distinct from existing data analyst positions.
The ideal candidate will bring domain expertise in influencer or social media analytics, though strong general campaign analytics experience is also highly translatable.

57+ years of experience working with social media performance data, including both organic and paid metrics.
Proficiency in SQL and comfort writing and executing queries.
Demonstrated ability to present data confidently and effectively to stakeholders, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Proven experience creating dashboards and reports that are both visually compelling and insight driven.
Help Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
Prep Familiarity with major social platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter.
Comfortable accessing data from API endpoints.
