Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Controller to support our finance operations with a primary focus on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong accounting fundamentals, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for process improvement. The Assistant Controller will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining the integrity of financial systems.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong emphasis on AP, AR, and billing.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comes from a Law Background working with attorneys
