A client of Insight Global is looking for a program manager or process improvement specialist to joint heir team. This resource will be local to their OGO headquarters and okay with going into the office as requested 1-4x per month for team collaborations.
This resource will be responsible for the following:
Helping establish standard processes and improve current processes
Document processes (new and existing) into Jira/Confluence
Internal processes to managing work plan
Customer facing guides on how to enter requests, how to review
o Not the only one doing customer facing documentation
o How to use work plan data and provide updates
