Job Description

We are seeking a Junior-Mid Level Privacy and Compliance Analyst to join a clients Privacy team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Privacy and Compliance operational duties for the organization, which may include the following:

Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) to evaluate PII risks.
Maintain enterprise data inventory.
Monitor consent management tools.
Provide program metrics and status updates.
Respond to Data Subject Requests (DSRs).

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors in Pre-law, CS, or related field.
2+ years in privacy and third-party risk management.
High-volume PIA experience; OneTrust proficiency.
Privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPM, CDPSE).
Knowledge of privacy laws: CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, Law 25, LFPDPPP, LGPD.
Familiarity with AI governance.
Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
Prior consulting experience in data protection.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Agile, self-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Must have reliable internet and work/reside in PST hours.
