Job Description

The Environmental Services (EVS) Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Environmental Services department to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This role provides leadership to EVS staff, ensures compliance with infection control and safety standards, manages departmental resources, and supports a culture of service excellence in alignment with CommonSpirit Healths mission and values.

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in Environmental Services (EVS), preferably in a healthcare setting.
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, with responsibility for leading a team.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
Familiarity with infection control protocols and regulatory requirements is a plus.
