Theyre looking for a dynamic, people-first Sales Floor Manager to lead their retail team and drive sales while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Store Operations (60%)
- Lead and inspire a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure the store is customer-ready each day: registers open, displays refreshed, and staff prepared.
- Manage daily operations including break/lunch schedules in compliance with California labor laws.
- Oversee scheduling and shift coverage, ensuring optimal floor coverage and service levels.
- Collaborate closely with Eric and Sid for ongoing training and development.
Sales & Customer Experience (30%)
- Step in to assist with overflow sales and customer service as needed.
- Learn and promote our orthotics product line within the first 13 months.
- Handle price adjustments and customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
Visual Merchandising (10%)
- Update and maintain store windows and product displays to reflect current promotions and seasonal trends.
