Unboxing desktop hardware and peripherals
Assembling computers, monitors, and accessories
Managing and organizing cables
Preparing workstations for end-user deployment

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician
- Experience in an Enterprise Environment
- Deployment experience: unboxing, staging, cable management, a testing of new devices
- Basic network understanding (DHCP, DNS, PING, Network testing, Trace Route)
- COVID / Flu Vaccine OR wear a mask while on-site
- Reliable form of transportation and ability to work ON-SITE in Brea, CA
- Highschool Diploma / GED

- Professional, efficient, and strong communication skills
