Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the resolution of quality issues and enhance the processes within the supply function of the organization. This involves working closely with various teams to ensure that quality standards are met and maintained.

Responsibilities
Quality Issue Resolution and Recommendations:
You will analyze quality issues and provide well-founded conclusions and actionable recommendations to address these issues. Additionally, you will be involved in continuous quality improvement projects to enhance overall quality standards.

Supplier Quality Improvement Initiatives:
You will actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving supplier quality. This includes collaborating with suppliers to develop and implement strategies that elevate their quality levels.

Supplier Reliability and Quality Assurance:
Your role will involve ensuring the reliability and quality of suppliers by implementing various process controls, certification programs, evaluations, inspections, corrective actions, audits, and maintaining detailed records of these activities.

Problem Identification and Action Planning:
You will identify quality problems and work with both the organization and suppliers to develop and implement short-term and long-term action plans to resolve these issues effectively.

New Product Qualification:
Utilizing established quality processes, you will be responsible for qualifying new products to ensure they meet the required quality standards before being introduced into the market.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field
-1-5 years of quality experience
-Experience working in a manufacturing environment
-1+ year of RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Supply Chain related experience
-Experience with non conformances
