Job Description
An employer in the insurance industry is looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer to join the Site Reliability Engineering team and sit fully-remote. This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to revamp the client's Azure architecture, ensuring standardization across teams and applications. The Azure DevOps Engineer will work closely with infrastructure teams to address infrastructure needs, going all the way down to the underlying infrastructure. They will implement Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform and Pulumi, writing scripts in C#, and they will also develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment processes. The projects in this role will range from greenfield (new) to brownfield (existing) developments.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-7 years of DevOps experience within Azure Cloud
- Strong experience using Pulumi or Terraform to implement IAC
- Strong scripting experience in OOP language, C# highly preferred. Must be able to write pipelines from scratch. All apps are supported in C# as well.
- Strong experience supporting apps in production
- Excellent understanding of Azure Cloud platform - understands ARM, ALZ, and Azure fundamentals
- Strong experience with implementing and managing application support tools such as DataDog to ensure performance, availability and rapid incident response
- Strong experience developing CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication skills, team player
