Insight Global is looking for a highly skilled Web Quality Engineer to develop and execute automated testing for emerging content web experiences for a Global Retailer. This role will focus on automating test cases created by manual testers and ensuring high-quality releases through robust validation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress or Playwright.
Collaborate with manual testers to convert test cases into automated workflows.
Analyze stakeholder requirements to design and execute comprehensive test plans.
Validate functionality, performance, and reliability of web experiences through automation.
Identify, document, and report software defects using bug tracking systems.
Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Experience in Retail/Ecommerce industries
Proficiency in Cypress or Playwright for web automation.
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Strong understanding of software development principles and testing methodologies.
