Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Quality Analyst to support the manual testing and validation of emerging content experiences for a Global Retail Client. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and reliability of weekly releases across web and mobile platforms.

Execute manual test cases to validate new and existing content experiences.
Design, write, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for weekly software releases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand functional requirements.
Analyze requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage and identify potential gaps.
Report and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Perform cross-platform testing across browsers, Android, and iOS environments.

Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience in large-scale retail or e-commerce industries!
Solid understanding of software development principles and testing methodologies.
Experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
Ability to gather and interpret requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to translate requirements into effective test plans and cases.
Familiarity with testing tools and environments for browsers, Android, and iOS.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in Agile development environments.
Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
Basic understanding of automation testing is a plus.
