Job Description
Leads design of potable water infrastructure and site planning.
Manages staff, consultants, budgets, and schedules.
Ensures regulatory compliance and quality control.
Coordinates across teams to deliver capital projects.
Reviews construction changes and represents projects publicly.
SALARY RANGE $130,000-180,000 ANNUALLY

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited college required
• Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer in the State of California required. Registration in
another state may be allowed with the provision that the incumbent is able to achieve civil
engineering registration in the State of California within 18 months of hire.
• Six years of progressively responsible experience in water infrastructure design.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
