Proven experience leading Agile programs across engineering teams (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid Agile frameworks
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and common PM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, PowerPoint)
PMO Implementation Experience (executing a predefined PMO strategy)
Comfortable interfacing with executive-level stakeholders and influencing outcomes
Excellent communicator with a consultative mindset
Exposure to change management and organizational rollout strategies
Background in product management or experience working with TPMs
FinTech industry knowledge
PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, CSM
