Job Description

A premier event planning firm specializing in high-impact experiences for major charities, celebrities, and high-net-worth individuals is looking for a dynamic Digital Content Assistant to support our growing digital presence and help tell the story of the work that they do. Their events span the globe and are known for their creativity, elegance, and flawless execution.

This is a fully remote, part time role (~20 hours per week) with travel to the bigger events internationally about 3-4 times per year. All travel expenses are covered, and this role offers an hourly rate between $22 and $25 per hour.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.

Required Skills & Experience

-12 years of experience in digital content, social media, or marketing (internships count!).

-Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Comfortable working independently and across time zones.

-Willingness and ability to travel internationally 34 times per year.

-Experience in luxury, nonprofit, or entertainment industries is a plus.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with:
-Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling content for social media, newsletters, and websites.

-Organize and manage digital assets (photos, videos, graphics) from events.

-Support live event coverage (on-site and remote), including social media updates and behind-the-scenes content.

-Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to ensure timely delivery of content.

-Conduct light research and write captions, blog posts, or short-form content as needed.

-Maintain content calendars and track engagement metrics.
