Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst for a Century City-based entertainment company. In this role, you will support an enterprise-wide application built on Salesforce, which manages broadcast scheduling and logistics.
Your responsibilities will include:
Gathering requirements
Creating and testing user stories
Developing business requirement documents (BRDs) for application enhancements and modifications
Conducting manual testing
Additionally, you will interface with new stakeholders to onboard them into the application's environment and support the enhancement of the mobile application, ensuring new features and functions are properly developed.
You are expected to incorporate AI into your daily tasks, such as writing user stories and creating Jira bots, to enhance efficiency. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure requirements are met.
You will be working in a fast-paced, Agile environment that operates similarly to a start-up. Please note, we are not looking for someone with experience in Salesforce CRM, but rather someone who has supported web applications built on SFDC.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- 2+ years experience supporting a Salesforce based application (Field Service Lighting or Service Cloud preferred)
-Ability to write user stories as well as do hands on testing / ensure stories meet user acceptance criteria
- Experience supporting an enterprise wide application
- Experience gathering requirements, writing BRDs, and other technical documentation
- Experience working in an Agile, fast paced environment
- Experience working cross functionally and supporting several teams/ projects at one time
- Experience conducting manual testing
- Experience utilizing AI to make day to day tasks more efficient
