Support manufacturing operations by assembling, troubleshooting, and testing mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies.
Work directly with Manufacturing Engineers on process testing, data collection, and process improvements.
Assist in setting up and calibrating equipment and instruments used in production.
Use sophisticated programs and data evaluation tools to monitor and adjust products or equipment during manufacturing.
Contribute to the development and update of documentation such as work instructions, checklists, and troubleshooting guides to improve manufacturability and quality.
Perform rework and quality testing of parts and assemblies to meet specifications.
Support the return, diagnosis, and repair of customer systems, providing upgrade and repair recommendations in coordination with Applications Engineers.
Deliver training sessions to small groups of Assemblers and Technicians to promote best practices and technical skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues, improve processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

2-4 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or engineering support roles
Experience working with mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies
Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex systems
Demonstrated ability to collect and evaluate operating data and perform on-line adjustments
Strong communication skills for interfacing with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Production, Sales)
Ability to follow detailed instructions and adjust processes based on data and feedback
Experience with rework or quality testing processes
Familiarity with process documentation and suggesting improvements
Ability to perform and document experiments in collaboration with engineers
Prior experience with continuous improvement initiatives
Training or mentoring experience with small groups of technicians or assemblers
Strong technical aptitude combined with problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
