Insight Globals client, a credit union headquartered in Sacramento CA, is looking for a member care representative. This candidate will be responsible for interacting with the members to provide prompt resolutions to minimize non-performing asset accounts and to promote account retention. The main duty will be to contact members by phone. They will be negotiating with the members to resolve delinquent statuses and discuss their accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience with negative shares, repossession suits, foreclosures, and bankruptcies. The Member Care rep will have to process repossession reinstatement and redemption requests.
pay range: 19-22/hr

Call center and/or member service experience, excellent communicator
Can use multiple systems simultaneously
1-2 years Collections Experience required
Auto/ Claims processing experience (repossessions)
Thrive working in a fast-paced environment
